Do I really only pay after I see the model?
Yes. You enter a prompt or upload a photo, our AI generates a 3D preview, and you rotate it before any charge. Checkout only opens after you approve the preview.
What if the print fails or arrives damaged?
We reprint at no cost. Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we ship a replacement on the next print run.
What is PLA vs PETG? Which should I pick?
PLA is our default for display pieces, figures, and decor: 16 colors, smooth finish, slightly more brittle. PETG is tougher, weatherable, and better for functional parts like clips, holders, and outdoor pieces. PETG runs about 40% more.
What sizes can you print?
Tiny (2-3 inch), Small (4 inch), Medium (5-7 inch), and Large (8 inch). Larger than 8 inches on any axis exceeds our print bed and is not available. Functional items like holders and stands lock to the real size needed to fit.
Who owns my prompt, the 3D model, and the print?
Your prompt and the delivered physical print are yours. The generated 3D mesh is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use; My Studio Art retains ownership of the digital mesh so we can fulfill, support, reprint, and improve the service. We store your prompt and model only to fulfill your order and let you reprint or revisit it, and you can delete your account and all your designs anytime from your dashboard.
Can I upload a photo instead of writing a prompt?
Yes. Drop a photo of a pet, a sketch, a toy, or any object you own or have the rights to, and our pipeline turns it into a printable 3D model. Please do not upload copyrighted characters, brand logos, trademarked marks, or photos of other people without their consent. You can add notes to steer the result.
How long does shipping take?
Printed in 1-2 business days, delivered in 5-7 business days total via USPS or UPS. Shipping is free and US-based. You get tracking by email when it ships.
Can I get refunds or modifications?
Because every print is made to order, we cannot accept returns on print-correct items. We do reprint anything that fails our quality check or arrives damaged. Email us before placing a second order and we can usually help.
