Refund & Cancellation

Every order placed through My Studio Art is a one-of-one custom 3D print produced to your specifications. This policy explains when refunds, reprints, and cancellations apply.

Cancellation window

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before your model enters production. Models enter production when we hand the file to our print partner, typically within 24 hours of order placement. Cancellation requests after production has started cannot be honored because the physical print is already in progress.

To cancel, email support@mystudioart.com with your order number. Cancellations confirmed before production are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Reprint guarantee

If your print arrives with a cosmetic or functional defect (broken parts, missing geometry, surface failures, wrong color, wrong material), we will reprint at no cost. Eligibility:

• Notify us within 14 days of delivery via support@mystudioart.com.
• Include your order number and clear photos of the defect.
• We may request return of the original print at our expense.

Refunds in lieu of reprint

Where a reprint is not possible (for example, the model proves unprintable as designed), we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

What we cannot refund

Custom 3D prints are made to order and not eligible for refund or return in the following cases:

• Buyer's remorse or change of mind after production has started.
• The finished print differs in minor ways from the AI 3D preview (support marks, surface texture, slight color variation across batches, and minor geometry simplification are normal).
• The buyer provided a prompt that produced a model they did not want and approved it for production.
• Shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs.

Damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged, photograph the box and contents before unpacking further if possible, and contact us within 14 days. We will file a carrier claim and reprint or refund at our discretion.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, contact us within 7 days. We will investigate with the carrier and reprint or refund where appropriate.

EU 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt without reason. This right does not apply to custom-made items that are personalized to your specifications (Article 16(c), Directive 2011/83/EU). Because every print is a one-of-one custom item produced from your AI prompt, custom 3D prints are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law. The reprint guarantee above applies in lieu of this right.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
