Shipping Policy

Production time
Each order is custom 3D printed to your specifications after you place it. Production typically takes 1 to 7 business days from order confirmation. Larger and more complex models take longer.
Shipping time
After production, orders ship via tracked USPS or UPS Ground (carrier selected per package). Transit time within the contiguous United States is typically 3 to 5 business days.
Total order-to-delivery window: 5 to 10 business days.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you do not see it within 8 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then contact us at support@mystudioart.com.
Shipping costs
Shipping is included in the listed product price for all US orders during launch. International shipping is currently not available.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States only. We plan to expand to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and international destinations in the future.
Address accuracy
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error within 24 hours of ordering, email support@mystudioart.com and we will try to update the address before production starts.
Delays
Production and delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our control. We do our best to keep you informed if your order is delayed.
Damaged or lost packages

Title and risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier scans your package. Our reprint guarantee for shipping damage applies as set out in the Refund Policy.
